Conscious Co-Parenting - 16 weeks - $3,000

This support is for co-parents who are committed to navigating this next chapter together in a way that prioritizes communication, cooperation, and emotional well-being.

Together, we strengthen communication, clarify shared values, and develop practical skills for mindful co-parenting. This work supports you in navigating change with awareness and intention—allowing you to create a stable, supportive environment that benefits your children and your evolving family dynamic.

This package includes:

An initial 45-minute call to develop an individualized support plan tailored to your current challenges and goals.

Bi-Weekly 60-Minute Individual Coaching Sessions (for each parent).

Monthly joint sessions to strengthen communication, and ensure both parents feel seen, heard, and aligned in their approach.

Email Support Between Sessions

A 45-minute joint closing call to create a personalized plan to continue a conscious co-parenting relationship.

Holding Your Ground - 24 weeks - $2,500

This support is for parents navigating divorce and co-parenting with someone who engages in ongoing conflict, harmful or abusive behaviors.

This work centers your internal safety and nervous system stability—so you can move forward with greater confidence and emotional clarity.

You’ll be supported in building internal steadiness, allowing you to show up as a calm, regulated, and protective presence for yourself and your children.

Support is personalized, meeting you where you are and honoring what you’ve been through while building your capacity to move forward with clarity, resilience, and strength.

This package includes:

An initial 45-minute call to develop an individualized support plan tailored to your needs and goals.

Weekly 60-Minute Coaching Sessions (Weeks 2–12)

Bi-Weekly 60-Minute Coaching Sessions (Weeks 13–23)
